Delete Your Account

You can delete your Push account and all associated data at any time, either directly in the app or by requesting deletion here.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

If you still have Push installed:

1. Open the Push app and log in.
2. Go to your account settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately — there is no waiting period.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or are unable to log in, email us from the address associated with your account and we will delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and login credentials
• Your device token (used for push notifications)
• Your business follow relationships
• Your message history and notification delivery records (opened/clicked timestamps)
